Recently my mother found these photos of Robbie as Ness and our old neighbor Taylor as Paula. They were taken when we first started EB Saga in 1995.
Brushguy just released a teaser trailer for Ridgway Film’s EarthBound 4. Do me and them a favor: comment, favorite, and subscribe! Also check our their recently launched website www.Ridgwayfilms.com, which has DVDs of their popular work.
EB4 Teaser
We’re officially pushing the production of EB5 to 2010 due to other projects taking priority.
We’re making a short film this year that we feel needs to have all of our time dedicated to it; our intent is to get in to some major film festivals with this short, so we want to do it right. The news is unfortunate for EB Saga fans, but we feel this delay is necessary in order to progress as aspiring filmmakers.
Good news though: now that there’s more time to make the next chapter, it will be much better than previously planned. I’ve been meaning to go back and cut down the outline before writing the full script, but I haven’t had time to spare this summer.
I’ve been working with my pals on our short film project during this summer, which has nothing to do with EarthBound. I’ve been dedicating a lot of time to our short because it’s a much more serious project than EB5, subsequently I have spent absolutely no time on EB5 in this passed month. This is bad because if I want to get chapter five completed this year, I need to at least have my script done by the end of July, and it doesn’t look like I’ll have much time to work on it. This may mean that EB5 could be pushed back to 2010, however I’m not absolutely sure.
Thanks to all who bought a copy of the EB Saga DVD, there’s plenty more so tell all your friends to pick up one for themselves as well! Order right here.
I made a neat cover for a fake Runaway Five LP.
As I typed this, I heard either gunshots or firecrackers outside. Happy 4th of July.
Tomorrow is the big day my friends! I’ll be posting a big update with details on the DVD. Keep your wallets handy!
Ridgway Films keeps improving. This is a large jump forward for their EB series; if you like EB Saga, then you’d really want to check this out. Their new episode takes place in Threed, which I have yet to tackle yet in EB Saga, so this is really fresh.

I apologize for the severe lack of updates. I’ve been outlining the EB5 script periodically these last few months; this last week I’ve been hitting it reasonably hard. Just today I made some great breakthroughs, I can see it’s starting to really become a legitimate story that abides by EarthBound’s guidelines, but also is appealing to those who haven’t had the pleasure of playing the game. I’m hoping to get this script at least to a rough completion by next month, because I need to work on personal projects through mid June to early August.
Even at the point the script is at now, I can easily say it’ll be a thrill ride even for those who don’t like EarthBound, and for those who do, it’ll be a true experience.

Ness’s hat has been getting a lot of guff lately. I’ve been getting messages from people insisting that the hat be changed to something more complimentary. Take a look at these:
Please fix Ness’ hat. Having it smashed to pieces like it is now is starting to get annoying. Continue reading ‘Ness’s hat’
